Earlier 31st Feb On Passport And Now 7 Passengers Goes Standing In Plane – We Again Thank Pakistan To Make Us Laugh In A Serious Way!

As many as seven passengers aboard the Boeing 777 PIA flight PK-743 (Karachi-Madina) on January 20 were forced to stand throughout the over three-hour flight after the airline boarded excess passengers, Dawn newspaper reported. The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) allowed seven passengers to travel standing in the aisles all the way to Saudi Arabia last month, prompting a probe into the serious breach of security regulations by Pakistan’s loss—making national carrier, according to media reports.

The PIA management appears to have taken this lightly as no action has been taken against those responsible for the bizarre incident, the paper said. PIA spokesperson Danyal Gilani said the matter was being investigated. ‘Action will be taken’ Mr. Gilani told the BBC that an internal investigation had begun “and appropriate action will be taken once responsibility is fixed.”

If someone was found responsible for any wrong doing, the PIA would take stern action against them under the company rules, he said. The Boeing 777 aircraft has a seating capacity of 409, including jump seats for staff, while flight PK-43 carried 416 passengers from Karachi to Madina. The report said allowing seven passengers to travel by standing all the way to the destination constituted a serious air safety breach as in the case of an emergency, passengers without seats would not have access to oxygen and could also cause congestion in case of an emergency evacuation.

The boarding passes issued to the extra passengers were handwritten and not computer-generated, sources said. The computer-generated list, provided to the aircraft crew by the ground traffic staff, did not mention the excess passengers, the report said. Sources said that the senior purser (air hostess), Hina Turab, maintained that she informed the captain that there was chaos in the cabin because the passengers were over and above the configuration, but the captain told her to “adjust” those passengers as the aircraft was on the taxi way.

Captain Anwer Adil, who operated that flight, maintains that the computer-generated sheet did not show excess passengers. He said: “After take-off when I came out of cockpit, Ms. Turab informed me that there were some extra people who [had been] boarded by the traffic staff. I also noticed some people were those who were categorically refused jump seats by me at the check-in counter before the flight. “I had already taken off and the senior purse did not inform me about extra passengers before closing the aircraft door.

Therefore after take-off, immediate landing back at Karachi was not possible as it required lot of fuel dumping which was not in the interest of the airline,” he said. Protocol necessitates that in such cases, the aircraft should be brought back to the terminal and excess passengers offloaded, sources said. Only then can an aircraft resume its flight. Interestingly, the crew of the flight conveniently did not mention the incident in their reports at the end of the journey or after returning to Karachi, the newspaper said.

The airline has accumulated liabilities of over Rs .300 billion and an additional loss of over Rs. 5.6 billion is being added to this amount every month, the PIA management told a Senate committee at a briefing last month. The panel was also informed that the airline earned around Rs. 7.5 billion a month while its expenses were over Rs. 13.14 billion.

10 kinds of Relationships You Experience Until You Find Your Real One!

Finding love is never easy. At first you enter as an idiot and after some years you become an experienced idiot. It is never easy to love someone continually for longer times, somewhere the difference arises and we break up. Also finding true love makes your go through many bad times but if you mean it than you are worth it. Here are different types of love we experience in our life.

1. The First Love Which Is Actually Crush: It’s the first time you experience that heady feeling and you believe it’s true love. You’re both really into it in the beginning but it soon fizzles out because you were more in love with the idea of being in love than actually being in love.

2. The One Without Any Heart: You also end up dating people over some exciting first dates and night-long conversations only to realize later that it wasn’t love, probably just attraction. You’re dating but you’re not really into it. So, one fine day you tell them “It’s not you, it’s me” and bury it.

3. Hook Ups And One Night Stands: Lots of them. Lots and lots of them. You meet strangers, grab a few drinks, take them to bed and forget about it the next morning. All hail Tinder.

4. Friends With Benefits: You’ve known each other for a long time now. None of you want a relationship. You’re both commitment phobic. But you also want the sex. Nobody needs to know.

5. No Strings Attached Flings: It’s an unsaid agreement that the both of you are in it just for sex.

6. The Relationship Of Pity: There’s this girl who’s been pursuing you for a while now and you’re also kinda tired of being single for too long. So, you give each other a chance, just to see how far it goes.

7. The Forbidden Relationship: There comes a time where you’re completely fed up of relationships and commitment so you do indulge in the ‘forbidden’ things you usually won’t. You experiment with your sexuality and cheat on people just for the heck of it.

8. The ‘Casual’ Relationship: You’re dating but umm…not so much. You’re committed so to say, but you’re also sleeping around. And it’s okay because she is too. But you wouldn’t call it an ‘open relationship’.

9. The Complicated: It started out as a casual fling but now everything’s just complicated because she’s apparently developed feelings for you. And you can’t just let it go because you don’t want to hurt her. So practically end up in a relationship unwillingly. But it almost always ends on a sour note.

10. The Desperate One: You’ve been single for far too long. You don’t just need the sex, you want to be in a real relationship. So you latch on to the first person you see without even getting to know them.

And somewhere in between these failed attempts and awkward break-ups, you meet someone that makes you feel at ease. Everything just fits. You don’t find the answers to all the questions in your head; it’s the questions that disappear. You don’t want to look any further because this is it, and you know it. You don’t regret anything anymore because everything, every person, every failed relationship led you here!

Cheaper Iphones Would No Longer Be A Dream For Indians! Know Why

The IT minister of Karnataka proclaimed that Apple would begin assembling iPhones in the nation by April this year. IT minister Kharge disclosed to Bloomberg that the assembling will initiate in Bengaluru before the finish of April and Apple will join partnership with Taiwanese maker Wistron for its Indian operations.

Kharge stated in a Tweet “Apple's intentions to make iPhones in Bengaluru will foster cutting-edge technology ecosystem and supply chain development in the state”. He also added that all Indian-produced iPhones will be sold in the domestic market as they have negotiated with the Indian government for tax exemptions and incentives.

Earlier this week, Apple CEO Tim Cook said in an earnings call that he felt ‘really good’ how Apple was doing in India. He further stated. “We are in discussions with a number of things, including retail stores, and fully intend to invest significantly in the country and believe it's a great place to be.” A recent report claimed that Apple is the leader in India for premium smartphones even though it has a small share of the market as compared to other smartphone manufacturers.

With India being the second fastest economy for smartphones, Apple has key interests in India for even higher profits by offering cheaper iPhones manufactured here.

Lakshya, just 15, made India proud by becoming the No 1 junior singles badminton player in the world as per the latest ranking issued by the Badminton World Federation (BWF). Hailing from Almora, Lakshya is the first shuttler from Uttarakhand to attain the No. 1 spot at the international level.

Son of a SAI coach, Sen joined the Bangalore Academy when he was only 10 and receives personal attention from Padukone. Winner of u-19 touraments in Switzerland and Denmark, as well as international series in Pune and Hyderabad, the reigning junior national champion, won bronze at the Asian Juniors last July and is ranked No 212 on the seniors circuit. His biggest challenge will come at Yogyakarta, Indonesia, later this year, which will host the Junior World Championships.

Olympic medallists Chen Long, Viktor Axelsen and Japanese wonderkid Kento Momota were all junior world champions, while Saina Nehwal is India’s only junior world champ. Sen’s older brother Chirag, also plays shuttle. He has been supported for long by Olympic Gold Quest and has benefitted from the funding, with regards to exposure to international tournaments – often playing dozens of tournaments abroad, as well as aided by physios and trainers. "We were expecting this, perhaps it has come a little bit sooner than expected.

Lakshya is a naturally gifted player and is quick to grasp the finer points of the game. I felt he had some very special qualities from the very beginning. The idea now is to help him keep developing tactically, which I feel is very important in the modern game where everyone tends to play a similar style as opposed to the '80s and '90s. I see my job as the one posing the questions, making him come up with the answers and I find he is faster at that than other players," a proud Padukone is quoted as saying by ESPN.

Pranab Mukherjee On Aam Budget: “The Most Unique Budget India Has Seen Since Independence”

The Union budget 2017 was a big event for the Narendra Modi government because it was the first time that the Railway and Finance budgets were revealed together. It was also a platform for the government’s first batch of big policy announcements since demonetization, which seemed to have a negative effect on economic growth. And therefore, in that sense, it was a big test for Arun Jaitly’s finance ministry and many would say that he scraped through without much criticism because of a well balanced budget.

The main theme of the budget was to ‘Transform, Energize and clean India’ thereby enabling the younger generation with opportunities and tools to build a better future for themselves. Here, we take a look at some of the big ticket announcements made by Arun Jaitly in his speech which affect us millennials. Here are the Highlighted points of Budget.

1. Prices of drugs and cosmetics will go down as per provisions made in the union budget. Cigarettes and tobacco products are bound to get expensive as the government has increased the excise duty on such products from 6% to 9%. The Textile sector is set to produce scores of jobs in India. An investment of Rs. 6,000 crores allocated for the sector will produce 250 jobs per crore spent.

2. 500 railway stations to be made differently-abled friendly. Service charge on e-tickets booked through IRCTC to be withdrawn which will make railway tickets cheaper. Excise duty structure for the automobile industry has remained unchanged and all eyes will now turn tothe implementation of the GST which might bring in cheers for first time commercial buyers.

3. Mobiles and tablets are set to become cheaper since the printed circuit board duty has been significantly cut. Other electronic items in line with PM Modi’s digital India push are set to become cheaper like POS card readers, micro ATM’s, finger print machines and iris scanners. Hot rod coils, solar panels, led bulbs and lamps are also set to become cheaper.

4. National Housing Bank will refinance individual loans worth Rs. 20,000 crores in 2017-18. Along with better financing opportunities, startups will only have to pay taxes for just 3 of the first seven years. Entrepreneurs will be financed by banks to establish mini labs for soil testing in Krishi Vigyan Kendras

5. Service tax for restaurants and nightclubs might be hiked 2-3% as a precursor to the GST being rolled out. The current service tax is around 15%. A uniform GST is set to reduce overall costs of a movie ticket as dual charges of service tax and VAT will be abolished. Lowest tax rate reduced from 10% to 5%

6. No tax on income up to 3 lacs. Tax from income 2.5 to 5 lacs lowered to 5% from 10%. Surcharge on income between Rs. 50 lakh and Rs. 1 Cr. set at 10%. Now that the Budget 2017 is done, sectors including entertainment, automobile and healthcare will now be looking forward to the implementation of GST because tax changes within the provision made in GST will affect the cost of products and services related to these sectors.

A Delight To Watch This Autralian Open, From Roger Vs Rafael To William Sisters In Final And The Cherry On The Cake To See Sania Play Finals

The Australian Open is a major tennis tournament held annually over the last fortnight of January in Melbourne, Australia. First held in 1905, the tournament is chronologically the first of the four Grand Slam tennis events of the year – the other three being the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open.

It features men's and women's singles; men's, women's and mixed doubles and junior's championships; as well as wheelchair, legends and exhibition events. Prior to 1988 the tournament had been played on grass. Since 1988 two types of hardcourt surfaces have been used at Melbourne Park – green Rebound Ace to 2007 and blue Plexicushion from 2008. Here are the Matches that are much talked about.

Roger Vs Rafael: After two weeks of gripping tennis, the Australian Open will conclude on Sunday with the dream final of Roger Federer vs Rafael Nadal. By the time Federer and Nadal first met it was March 2004 and Federer, aged 23, was already a multiple grand slam champion. Nadal by contrast was just 17 and taking his first tentative steps in the sport. Still, the young Spaniard won the match 6-3, 6-3 in Miami and people were beginning to take notice of the wild-haired youngster with the long shorts and singlet.

William Sisters: An Australian Open electrified by the revivals of seasoned champions will bathe in the warm glow of nostalgia tonight when the Williams sisters contest the women's final at Rod Laver Arena. Serena Williams says playing her sister in the Australian Open final is a "win-win situation" for her considering everything Venus has been through.

Sania Mirza - Hope to India: Sania Mirza reaches Australian Open final, one win away from 7th Grand Slam. Sania Mirza put herself in contention for a seventh Grand Slam title as she breezed into the Australian Open mixed doubles final with Ivan Dodig, beating local favourites Samantha Stosur and Sam Groth here today. The second-seeded Indo-Croatian pair won 6-4 2-6 10-5 in the semifinals, that lasted one hour and 18 minutes. Is Bollywood Becoming Soft Target Nowadays? Sanjay Leela Bhansali Slapped On Sets Of Padmavati

Jaipur: Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali was slapped and his hair was pulled on the sets of his film "Padmavati" in Jaipur by protesters who alleged that the film shows a much-celebrated Rajput queen in poor light.

Members of the Rajput Karni Sena stormed the film's sets at the historic Jaigarh Fort and assaulted Sanjay Leela Bhansali. They also vandalized equipment. "Padmavati", a historical drama, is based on the story of Queen Padmini, who famously refused to submit to emperor Alauddin Khilji when he arrived at the Chittorgarh fort with his army and killed herself along with scores of other women before he could storm the fort.

The protesters alleged that the film has love scenes between Queen Padmini and Alauddin Khilji, played by actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. The Rajput Karni Sena has demanded that Mr Bhansali delete such scenes in the film if any. "We had warned the filmmaker against presenting wrong facts. When we came to know about the shooting, we gathered there and protested," said a leader of the group, Narayan Singh.

The Jaipur police has been quoted by the Press Trust of India as saying that Mr Bhansali has decided to stop filming in the area. "The filmmakers have assured that they will not shoot here and will pack up," senior police officer Anshuman Bhomia told PTI. Extending support to Mr Bhansali, fellow filmmaker Karan Johar tweeted, "Am appalled at what has happened with Sanjay Bhansali....this is the time for all us as an industry to stand by our people and fraternity!!

From Emma Watson To Katy Perry, Everybody On Streets To Join Protest Against The New President Of America

The 45th President of the U.S. trumped those expectations with a speech that was resonant of campaign rhetoric rather than one that should have been a vision statement for a united future under his leadership. The humility that American Presidents usually embrace in their first address was missing.

No official estimates of the turnout were available, but it clearly exceeded the 200,000 marchers projected in advance by organisers, filling long stretches of downtown Washington around the White House and the National Mall. Many wore knitted pink cat-eared 'pussy hats', an appropriated reference to Trump's boast in a 2005 video made public weeks before the election about grabbing women's genitals.

So was the historical emphasis on American values. No word of thanks for the work of his predecessor, Barack Obama. Instead, Mr. Trump continued his attacks on the Washington establishment, vowing to end the “American carnage”, put “America First” in all policy decisions and eradicate “radical Islamic terror” from the “face of the earth”. These remarks, along with his first set of decisions in the White House, offer an indication of the priorities.

Mr. Trump has already issued an executive order to roll back certain aspects of Obamacare, a health-care programme which the former President fought long and hard to get passed in Congress. Pages on LGBT rights, climate change and Obamacare are already removed from the White House website. The administration is also planning a missile defence system that could trigger a nuclear arms race. Put together, the Trump team is likely to pursue a hardline social conservative agenda buttressed by economic protectionism and passionate nationalism.

So-called Sister March organisers estimated 750,000 demonstrators swarmed the streets of Los Angeles, one of the largest of Saturday's gatherings. About 400,000 marchers assembled in New York City, according to mayor Bill de Blasio, although organisers put the number at 600,000. Among the well-known figures who attended were pop star Madonna, singer-actress Cher and former US secretary of state John Kerry. Hundreds of thousands more women thronged New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver and Boston, adding to a public outpouring of dissent against Trump unmatched in modern US politics for a new president's first full day in office.
